Bringing Back Fun!
I've learned something extremely important this school year. As a teacher, sometimes you need to take a little time out of the day to just have fun! If you can steal away ten little minutes each day, then it could quite possibly make all the difference in your classroom. My idea of fun usually involves movement, laughter and getting all of your wiggles out. Some may call this a brain break, but I'd rather say it's a fun break. The most amazing resource is now available (FOR FREE) for teachers. It's a little website called Go Noodle and it has totally brought back the fun for myself and my students. The activities range from breathing techniques for reducing stress to dance parties and Zumba. Check it out and let me know what you and your kiddos think!

TPT Sale...I love to Shop!
The Teacher's Pay Teacher's sale is almost over! Check out my sale purchases. I am so excited to use these with my first graders! Next week we will be working on drawing conclusions, so the "Super Sleuths" Mini Unit will be perfect. It is going to be an extremely hectic week between Read Across America, Discovery Ed testing, and my observation! Yikes! I'm going to try my best to enjoy this weekend before the craziness begins. HH here I come...
